50% of Package price secures your show date. Balance due upon completion of project. Project ships upon receipt of final payment. |

2 tickets and/or 2 video passes per camera that allow us enterance and access to the venue with our equipment. Club owners can be funny about video, so we need to have proof that we are there for you and need to have the appropriate clearance to shoot the video. |

Set list of all songs you are playing, in order you are playing them. |

Copy of CD that promo song is from - will be used as audio source for your promo video |
|
Artwork - including any photographs (conventional or digital), slides, flyers, etc., that you want to appear in your video |
|
If you prefer that we record sound from the soundboard you will have to get premission for us to set up for this. Understand the mix going to tape from the soundboard is the responsibility of the sound man and that you may get a more balanced mix from overair miking. |
